Multi functional water pump control valve

The multifunctional water pump control valve is a power equipment used for transportation, which integrates three functions: gate valve, check valve, and water hammer eliminator. It consists of a main valve, regulating valve, and connecting pipe system. It adopts a DC valve body and dual control room structure, which can achieve multifunctional control such as slow opening, full opening, slow closing, and shut-off of the water pump outlet. It is mainly used in the water pump outlet pipeline of high-rise buildings and other water supply systems to prevent and reduce water hammer, prevent water backflow, protect the water pump, and maintain the safety of the pipeline.

The multifunctional water pump control valve consists of a main valve, a regulating valve, and a connecting system. The valve body adopts a DC valve body, and the main valve control chamber is a dual control chamber structure of diaphragm or piston. The control chamber is added to the general hydraulic control valve, which increases the control function of the main valve and realizes the multifunctional control of slow opening, full opening, slow closing, and cutoff of the water pump outlet. It realizes the multifunctional control of the water pump outlet with one valve and one adjustment. This product is used on the outlet pipelines of water pumps in high-rise building water supply systems and other water supply systems to prevent and reduce water hammer during pump opening and closing, protect the water pump from backflow, and maintain pipeline safety. In order to achieve automation of water pump operation, simplify management, reduce labor, and improve reliability, people have replaced manual valves with hydraulic valves and electric valves. Working principle: The multifunctional water pump control valve automatically adjusts the valve opening by sensing pressure changes in the pipeline to maintain stable system pressure. When the water pump is started, the valve slowly opens to avoid water hammer; When the water pump stops, the valve speed should be appropriately closed to prevent the medium from flowing back.

Application Scenario:

Pump room: used to control the start stop and flow regulation of water pumps.

Water treatment pipeline: used for water flow control in filtration and purification systems.

Heating system: used to regulate the flow and pressure of hot water, ensuring uniform heating.
