HH47X Hydraulic slow-closing check valve is an automatic valve that focuses on preventing medium backflow and eliminating water hammer. Its core is suitable for the outlet of the water pump in the drainage system, which can protect the water pump and pipeline from damage. The following is a detailed introduction:
core structure
The valve adopts a compact design with a simple overall structure. The core components include the valve body, valve disc, buffer device, and micro regulating valve. The valve body material can be selected from gray cast iron or cast steel; The valve disc can be made of gray cast iron, cast steel, ductile iron or aluminum bronze; The oil cylinder, piston, etc. in the valve stem and buffer device are made of stainless steel to protect against rust and structural strength; The sealing parts are made of nitrile oil resistant rubber, chloroprene rubber, etc., and the packing is made of polytetrafluoroethylene. Its overall length is only about one-third of that of traditional swing check valves, saving space during installation and maintenance.
working principle
This valve relies on the pressure of the medium itself and the mechanical structure to achieve automatic opening and closing and buffering. When water is flowing forward, the medium thrust pushes the valve disc open, and at the same time, the pressure water in the valve body flows into the rear chamber of the piston assembly through the micro valve, pushing the piston out; When the water pump stops or the medium begins to flow backwards, the valve disc begins to close under the action of its own gravity and the reverse thrust of the medium. At this point, the extended piston will press against the valve disc, preventing it from closing completely in an instant, leaving only about 20% of the opening to release pressure and weaken the water hammer pressure; Subsequently, the water in the rear chamber of the piston slowly flows back through the micro regulating valve, and the valve disc gradually completes the remaining closing stroke, ultimately achieving impact free sealing.
Core strengths
Excellent anti hammering and noise reduction effect: The reliable design of quick closing followed by slow closing can significantly weaken or even eliminate destructive water hammer, and the rubber soft seal and buffer structure work together to make the valve opening and closing process smooth, without vibration and noise, meeting the requirements of silent working conditions.
Energy saving and excellent sealing: When the butterfly structure is fully open, the valve disc is basically parallel to the direction of water flow, and the fluid resistance is much lower than that of old-fashioned check valves, which can reduce the energy consumption of the pipeline system; The rubber sealing surface is tightly sealed and wear-resistant (based on actual reports), extending the service life of the valve.
Easy installation and maintenance: small in size and light in weight, suitable for horizontal or vertical installation scenarios, with connection methods following GB/T 17241.6 and GB/T 9113 flange standards, suitable for most industrial pipelines, and easy to disassemble during maintenance.
Typical Applications and Installation Points
Application scenario: The core is installed at the pump outlet of industrial water supply system, sewage treatment plant and urban water supply and drainage pipe network. It can also be used in the clean water and sea water transmission pipeline of petrochemical, shipbuilding and other industries. It is specially used to prevent the media from flowing back, avoid the reverse rotation of the pump, and protect the pipeline and equipment from being damaged.
Installation and maintenance: During installation, it is necessary to confirm that the direction of the valve arrow is consistent with the flow direction of the medium; It is recommended to install gate valves or butterfly valves before and after the valve to facilitate cutting off the pipeline during maintenance; For sewage pipelines with high impurities, filters can be installed at the front end to prevent impurities from jamming and affecting the slow closing function. Every 3-6 months, it is necessary to check whether the buffer device leaks oil and whether the sealing surface is worn. If there is abnormal closing noise or poor sealing, it is necessary to promptly clean the impurities inside the valve or replace the sealing rubber ring.
